TINA Directions for Survey Takers
Listed below are the instructions for accessing and taking the Parent Needs Assessment Survey.
You may access the TINA survey by using your web browser. Open your web browser and type in the URL (web address) as listed http://www.owledu.com/forrestcounty
The login screen for the TINA software will appear.
Your Username is: PARENT
Your Password is: TINA
Please enter the Username and Password and press the [Log On] button.
After you log in, you will see the name of the survey that needs to be taken. To complete the survey, simply click on the [Take Survey] button.
Proceed through the survey answering the questions as appropriate.
When you have finished answering the survey questions, you should click on the [Save] button at the bottom of the screen. After saving, please press the [Exit] button to log out. This will ensure that your survey answers are recorded.

Instrucciones para encuestadores de TINA
A continuación se enumeran las instrucciones para acceder y realizar la encuesta de evaluación de las
necesidades de los padres.
Puede acceder a la encuesta de TINA utilizando su navegador web. Abra su navegador web y escriba la
URL (dirección web) como se indica:
Aparecerá la pantalla de inicio de sesión del software TINA.
Su nombre de usuario es: PARENT
Su contraseña es: TINA
Introduzca el nombre de usuario y la contraseña y presione el botón [Log On].
Después de iniciar sesión correctamente, verá el nombre de la encuesta que debe realizar. Para
completar la encuesta, simplemente haga clic en el botón [Take Survey].
Continúe con la encuesta respondiendo las preguntas.
Cuando haya terminado de responder las preguntas de la encuesta, debe hacer clic en el botón [Save]
en la parte inferior de la pantalla. Después de guardar, presione el botón [Exit] para cerrar la sesión. Esto
